What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn when designing the space within our properties. We consider your professional and student needs when considering the purpose and functional needs of each of our modern and stylish bedrooms.

We want create spaces that can be enjoyed by multiple occupants who are busy professionals and students. Due to this reasons we have policies with strict guideline which we expect each licensed occupant to adhere to for the benefit of the entire household.

Our Process

    GDPR, Your Right to Rent and The Tenancy Agreement

    We provide you with a Tenancy Agreement to make clear our terms and conditions alongside our obligations and your obligations.

    We manage your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    We retain the right to report any suspected illegal activities and any contraventions of immigration laws to the relevant authorities.

    You will be required to provide confirmation of your immigration status and prove you have a valid right to reside in the United Kingdom along with the Right to Rent.

    We do not provide tenancy agreements or licences to live in our properties if you cannot prove your immigration status with a valid right to reside and Right to Rent in the United Kingdom.

    We will ask you for a Share Code to prove your immigration status and Right to Rent before we will agree to providing you with a tenancy agreement or licence to rent one of our properties and before we become your Landlord.

    The Renters' Rights Act and how this affects you

    You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no surprises. We tell you about your Renters’s Rights and how this affects you. For more information, we provide you with a copy of The Renters’ Rights Act Information Sheet 2026.

    Our Share Homes and Shared Space Policies, Behaviour and Conduct Policies, and Other Policies

    Every home is a little different. We stay flexible and responsive to make sure our policies for peaceful enjoyment of your rented space as we want all tenants and licensed occupants to enjoy their time in one of our properties.

    We provide access to extra services you can book on demand subject to availability and service fees.

    We know that life can get busy and sometimes you need a little extra help when your busy working and studying.

    Cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost of £15 per hour. This service is subject to availability and advance booking.

    Laundry services can be booked at an extra cost of £15 per hour. This service is subject to availability and advance booking.

    Food Preparation and Cooking Services can be booked at an extra cost of £25 per hour plus the cost of ingredients. This service is subject to availability and advance booking.
